Restaurant Booking Policy

Kickers Sports Bar is open between 12pm and 2am, Sunday to Saturday. This can vary depending on different sports being telecasted across the globe. We can seat up to 196 guests during each meal period, but we are only able to accommodate limited number of guests in order to ensure that you receive the best level of service from us, and we do ask that once you have secured a reservation at a particular time that you adhere to that time.

 

We strongly recommended that groups reserve a table in advance by contacting the team directly.

If a reservation is made, then the table is yours for the whole of service and we do not normally ask you to vacate a table. However, should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without forewarning, then you may lose your table to another group.

 

We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.

 

It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant to discuss your requirements with a member of our team.

 

Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything, we can allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.

 

Book a guaranteed seat within the venue, with AED 100 credit to use on your total bill.

Payment Information & cancellation.

The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. Accordingly, the following applies:

  • Payment for booking will send an automated confirmation email.

  • Payment confirmation email should be provided at the time of booking.

  • Confirmation email must be provided at the entrance before seating.

  • We trust that the correct information is provided & confirmation email is provided for the booking and that the person booking should be the same.

  • Confirmation email is only valid for your booking.

  • Do not disclose the confirmation email to anyone except the staff of the restaurant.

  • We do not take responsibility of the lost confirmation email or confirmation email being used by other patrons of the restaurant.

  • Failure to provide the confirmation email at the time of bill payment will result in an alternative method of payment being required. Full payment will be required in the form of either cash or credit card.

  • Bookings will only be accepted and considered as a confirmed reservation once paid online.

  • For all bookings, failure to notify us of a cancellation or any change to the number of guests at least 7 days prior to your booking, we reserve the right to not refund the paid reservation online.

  • Offer is subject to regulations laid out by the Dubai Health Authority and Dubai Municipality.

  • Guaranteed seats that are booked in advance will be available until 15 minutes before the kick-off & or if no one from the group turns up,

  • If nobody turns up for the table, it will be released before the games kick-off.

  • We reserve the right to not refund the amount paid online for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers of guests are reduced without prior notice.

  • Cancellations within 14 to 7 days of the date are eligible for a 50% refund of prepayment.

  • No refund will be applicable if cancellations are made within 7 days of the date of the event.

  • The non-refundable amount reflects the cost incurred by Kickers in terms of staffing and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
